International Orders & Customs Duties

If you’re ordering from outside Australia, your country may charge import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), and customs clearance fees when your parcel arrives.

We don’t collect these fees at checkout. They’re set by your local government and, if charged, are the responsibility of the customer.

Charges vary depending on country, order value, and product type. While many low-value parcels arrive without issue, some may require payment before delivery.

Who pays customs and import fees?

If you’re ordering from overseas, you are responsible for paying any import taxes, duties, or clearance fees charged by your country.

These fees are not included in your order total at checkout.

Can I prepay these fees?

At this stage, we don’t offer prepaid customs or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

We’re a small Australian brand shipping via Australia Post, which does not support this service.
