Customs & Duties for International Orders

If you're ordering from outside Australia, your country may charge import duties, taxes (like VAT or GST), and customs clearance fees when your parcel arrives. We don’t collect these fees at checkout — they’re set by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer if charged. Charges vary by country, order value, and product type. While many low-value parcels arrive without issue, some may require payment before delivery.

Who pays customs and import fees?

If you're ordering from overseas, you (the customer) are responsible for paying any import taxes, duties, or clearance fees charged by your country. These are not included in your order total at checkout.

Can I prepay these fees?

At the moment, we don’t offer pre-paid customs or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We’re a small Australian brand using Australia Post, which doesn’t support this service.
