Australian Orders

$8.95 flat-rate tracked shipping anywhere in Australia

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Australia Post no longer leaves calling cards. We recommend downloading the Australia Post app to track your delivery, or using the AusPost tracking page.

Dispatch timing
Orders placed before 12:00 pm AEDT, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day.
We do not ship on weekends, national public holidays, or NSW public holidays.


New Zealand Orders

Standard tracked air freight shipping – NZD $15.00

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a tracking email.

Your parcel can be tracked via Australia Post initially, then via NZ Post tracking once it arrives in New Zealand.

How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?

Australia
5–7 business days from dispatch.
Western Australia and remote areas may take 2+ weeks.

New Zealand
7–10 business days from dispatch.

Please allow an additional 1–2 business days during sale periods.

At this stage, we only ship internationally to New Zealand.

Returns & Refunds

We aim to please. If you’ve changed your mind (who decides they don’t want sweet-smelling poop), we’re happy to help.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Email orders@nonproducts.com with RETURN in the subject line, your order number, and the items you wish to return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds outside the 30-day window cannot be accepted.

For faulty items, once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.


Issues With Your Order

If something isn’t right, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@nonproducts.com.


Un-collected Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, a refund will be issued once received in saleable condition.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Re-sending an order will incur additional shipping charges.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return shipping is non-refundable. NON covers return shipping only for faulty items.
