If you're yet to receive your parcel, first follow the tracking link provided to check on the progress. If your parcel was sent with Sendle, and the driver deemed there was no safe place to leave your parcel, your parcel may be waiting at one of their collection points. You can pick up from the designated collection point or rearrange delivery. 😊
We currently only offer international shipping to our friends across the ditch in New Zealand. Please note, if a refund is granted due to you not being happy with our product, shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Our Return policy is 30 days from when you placed your order. Unfortunately, we can't offer a return or refund outside the 30 days.
If your reason is "faulty product"please return the product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS - If you are yet to receive your refund please first contact your credit card company, bank or payment provider, as it often takes time for your refund to be officially processed and posted. To complete your return we require proof of purchase. All store-bought items must be returned to the place of purchase.
