    • ALL orders are supplied with a tracking number. An email will be sent to you with your tracking number once your order has been processed.

    *Every effort is made to process all orders placed before 12:00 pm AEDT Monday to Friday on the same day using standard shipping through Sendle, Australia's first carbon neutral delivery service, or Australia Post. We do not ship on weekends, national public holidays and all NSW holidays.

    HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

    Generally, Australian orders will arrive within 5-7 business days from when your order is processed. Western Australian or remote deliveries are taking longer, with some destinations taking 2+ weeks.

    We are experiencing delays in some areas with our deliveries. Please know we're doing our best to ensure your order is fulfilled within the promised time frame. When delivery problems occur with our delivery providers please know, although uncommon, this is out of our control. Your patience is appreciated.

    If you're yet to receive your parcel, first follow the tracking link provided to check on the progress. If your parcel was sent with Sendle, and the driver deemed there was no safe place to leave your parcel, your parcel may be waiting at one of their collection points. You can pick up from the designated collection point or rearrange delivery. 😊

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    We currently only offer international shipping to our friends across the ditch in New Zealand.     • ALL orders are supplied with a tracking number. An email will be sent to you with your tracking number once your order has been processed.

    *Every effort is made to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00 pm AEST Monday to Friday on the same day using standard shipping through Australia Post or with one of our trusted courier services. Your parcel is then transferred to New Zealand Post on arrival in New Zealand. We do not ship on weekends, Australian national public holidays and all NSW holidays.

    HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

    Generally, New Zealand orders will arrive within 7-10 business days of placing your order.

    Please know we do our best to ensure your order is filled within the promised time frame. When delivery problems occur with our delivery providers please know, although uncommon, this is out of our control. Your patience is appreciated.

    We aim to please. If you have changed your mind (who decides they don’t want sweet smelling poop) we'll gladly take your purchase back for a full refund. Please email us with your issue / reason for return at orders@nonproducts.com  with RETURN in the subject field, along with your order number and the products you'd like to return, and we'll take it from there. Please note, if a refund is granted due to you not being happy with our product, shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

    Our Return policy is 30 days from when you placed your order. Unfortunately, we can't offer a return or refund outside the 30 days. 

    If your reason is "faulty product"please return the product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS- If you are yet to receive your refund please first contact your credit card company, bank or payment provider, as it often takes time for your refund to be officially processed and posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at hello@nonproducts.com

    All items must be in their original packaging.

    To complete your return we require proof of purchase. All store-bought items must be returned to the place of purchase.

    *sale items cannot be refunded, only full-priced items will be refunded.

    DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY RETURN SHIPPING?

    The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. These costs are non-refundable.

    NON products will only cover return shipping for faulty items.
