Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
🤔 We aim to dispatch all orders within our regular speedy time frame but due to the high volume of orders during our EOFY sale, please allow an additional 1-2 days for dispatch.
Q. How can I track my order?
📦 Once your order is processed you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order here via Aus Post tracking. If you’re in Australia, we recommend downloading the AusPost app If you're in New Zealand, you can use the Aus Post tracking page and then once your package arrives in New Zealand you can continue to track your order here via NZ post tracking
Q. Can I use discount codes during the sale?
🍑 No, as we’re already offering a 25% off site wide discount, no other discounts can be claimed during the sale. All codes will be paused during the sale and you are welcome to use them once the sale has finished.
Q. How much is shipping?
💰 All Australian orders are charged a flat rate of AUD$8.95 and All New Zealand orders are a flat rate of NZD$15.00
